Add-On: Planning Meeting(s)
All Just Month Of packages include one meeting at the venue with your coordinator and your caterer, to finalize the plans. If you’d like to meet in person to help make those plans, you’ll wan to add planning meetings, available at $200 each.
The first added Planning Meeting takes place anytime between signing and two months prior to your wedding. We meet to discuss your layout preferences, and then head somewhere nearby to draft the first version of your itinerary (including your picture lists and other wedding day details which will affect the timing of events). We’ll also tackle any questions you may have related to wedding planning. Two hours are allocated for the first Planning Meeting.
If you add two Planning Meetings, the second will take place once you have your guest count finalized, typically ~3 weeks before the wedding. We tweak the itinerary and layout, but also discuss in great detail exactly how you’d like the dining tables to look, what items should be on the guestbook table, and every other detail that makes your reception uniquely you. We also discuss the ceremony, paying particular attention to who will walk whom to which song and in what order. Last, we will delegate responsibilities, such as who will take the gifts and your personal items. Two hours are allocated for the second Planning Meeting.
